Tomorrow: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County (BBBS Oxford) is hosting flag-raising ceremonies on Thursday, September 18 in Woodstock and Tillsonburg, celebrating the power of mentoring and inspiring youth potential. Events take place Thursday, September 18, starting at 10 a.m. at the Oxford County Administration Building. At 10:30 a.m., at Museum Square in downtown Woodstock, and at 1:00 p.m. at the Oxford-Broadway Parkette in Tillsonburg.
