The Woodstock Art Gallery is celebrating its long-running tradition with the Visual Elements 67: Annual Juried Exhibition. Danielle Hoevenaars the gallery's Head of Collections, explains this is the 67th exhibition of it's kind in Oxford.

This year’s jurors include Michel Daigneault, Matthew Ryan Smith, and Nicholas Crombach. Artists from all over the region submitted their work for consideration and Hoevenaars says visitors will see a very diverse mix of art.

She added the exhibition is now open through October in downtown Woodstock. However, on Sunday (Sept 6) from 1 to 3 p.m., the gallery will host a special Walk and Talk event, featuring juror insights and artist statements.

The exhibition offers an engaging opportunity for the community to connect directly with artists and explore the region’s vibrant creativity.

Located across from Museum Square, the Woodstock Art Gallery is Oxford County’s largest municipal public art space, owned and operated by the City of Woodstock. It hosts year-round exhibitions, education programs, and special events, while maintaining a permanent collection of more than 1,900 works.
