Suspect held in custody
Niagara Regional Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding a stolen vehicle incident that resulted in a fatal collision.
As part of the ongoing investigation, 38-year-old Matthew Morris of St. Catharines has been charged with dangerous operation causing death, criminal negligence causing death, operation while prohibited, and driving while under suspension.
Morris remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on May 6.
