The London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) reported 616 home sales in August.
In August, a total of 616 homes were sold through the MLS® System of the London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR), marking a 10.4% increase from the same month last year.
For the second consecutive month, sales activity reached its highest level since 2021.
The average sale price across the region was $651,329, nearly unchanged from July and 3.3% higher than in August 2024.
Within the region, the average price in St. Thomas was $561,194, while homes in Strathroy-Caradoc averaged $622,725.
