Police say the 31-year-old driver from Oxford County was the lone occupant.
An Oxford County resident has been identified as the person killed in a roll-over crash in Thames Centre.
Police have yet to name the 31 year old victim who was alone in the vehicle when it went out of control near midnight Sunday on Breen Road near Hamilton Road.
