Charges laid against local ATV rider
Provincial police in Oxford County say a 23-year-old man has been charged after an impaired ATV stop in Tillsonburg.
Officers on general patrol initiated a traffic stop on Lisgar Avenue around 9:45 p.m. on August 25th. Police allege the driver was operating the all-terrain vehicle while impaired.
The man faces two charges: operation while impaired and operation while impaired with a blood-alcohol concentration over 80.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Woodstock court on October 14th.
